Every doctor brings unique experience and expertise, and together, we create a supportive environment where pets feel safe and families feel understood.

Dr. Guy Mathews

Medical Director

Dr. Guy Mathews has been caring for pets and their families since 1996 and proudly serves as Medical Director at Kyle Animal Hospital. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to meaningful client relationships. Dr. Mathews believes in meeting clients where they are and partnering with them to make the best decisions for their pets’ health.

Outside the hospital, Dr. Mathews enjoys spending time outdoors. You’ll often find him hunting, fishing, hiking, shooting, or traveling with family and friends.

Dr. Ankur Gupta

Dr. Ankur Gupta

Medical Director

Dr. Ankur Gupta began practicing veterinary medicine in 2011 after earning his degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. As a Medical Director at Kyle Animal Hospital, he is passionate about client education, problem-solving, and finding innovative solutions to help pets live healthy, comfortable lives. Dr. Gupta is known for his thoughtful communication, calm presence, and collaborative approach to patient care.

When he isn’t at the hospital, Dr. Gupta loves spending time with his family. His free time is often filled with his children’s sports, cooking and baking, and enjoying activities together.

Dr. Dana Greenleaf

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Dana Greenleaf has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2009 and earned her degree from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. As a dedicated feline advocate, she finds great joy in supporting the unique needs of cats and strengthening the bond between felines and their families. She takes pride in creating a gentle, low-stress experience for her patients and ensuring every client feels heard and supported.

Outside of work, Dr. Greenleaf enjoys bringing people together — whether she’s hosting intimate dinners or larger gatherings for friends and loved ones.

Dr. Jennifer Chapin

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Jennifer Chapin began her career in 2014 after graduating from Texas A&M University. She is passionate about client education and takes pride in explaining medical conditions in a clear, compassionate way that helps families feel confident in their pet’s care. Dr. Chapin’s thoughtful approach and genuine enthusiasm for veterinary medicine shine through in every appointment.

In her free time, she enjoys participating in dog sports such as nosework and agility with her German Shepherd, snuggling with her cat, and spending time with her loved ones.

Dr. Sarah Grose

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Sarah Grose has been practicing since 2014 and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. She values open communication, client education, and relationship-building, and she is dedicated to helping families make informed decisions about their pets’ health. Dr. Grose brings warmth, empathy, and a strong medical foundation to every patient she meets.

Outside the clinic, she loves to travel — especially to beaches and historical destinations — and is working toward achieving her sommelier certification.

Dr. Cord Offermann

Veterinarian

Dr. Cord Offermann has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2003. He earned his degree from Colorado State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and is passionate about client education. Dr. Offermann believes that helping families understand their pets’ needs leads to better care, stronger partnerships, and improved long-term health outcomes.

In his personal time, Dr. Offermann enjoys being with his family, cycling outdoors, reading, and working around the house and yard. His love for activity and learning mirrors the dedication he brings to his veterinary work.
